Three Months

Blessing Day

We had Holden's baby blessing on February 17th. It ended up being a wonderful spring day and the words Derek said were perfect. Holden was surrounded by many friends and family that love him so much it was such a wonderful day and we missed many other family members that couldn't make it. 

We have a roller

At Holden's two month appointment the doctor said we needed to be doing more tummy time but Holden hates tummy time. So the doctor suggested we put him on his tummy 4 times a day for five minutes and add five minutes every day. It broke my heart because for that allotted time my baby would cry and there was no comforting him. Until one day he figured it out after a week and a half of doing horrible tummy time he figured out how to get off his tummy and back onto his back. Now he does it like it's no problem. He hasn't figured out how to roll from his back to his tummy yet but who would want to if you hate it that much. And here he is mr Roller. 

Many tummy times ended up with him passing out on his stomach 

 But eventually he figured it out

 And Boo-Ya Mom, no more tummy time for me (this is what I think he is saying when he finishes)
